Design tests
From time to time when applying for positions in game design I’ve been asked to create novel designs to demonstrate my creativity under time presure. While admittedly none of these got me the job, they are interesting documents filled with fun ideas. Because the companies own the writing prompts for these documents I have not added them here, and as such these documents may include curious formatting and a bewildering lack of context. I hope you enjoy them anyway.

The Bank Job

Of Mobs and MOBAs
A few ideas for making MMO mobs more interesting, while keeping mechanics manageable.
Along with a brief spec for a new player character for a MOBA style game.
